TEN MILLION

Ten Million (1889 - 1964) was a minor league baseball player who played in the Northwestern League in the early 1900’s. He is best known for his unusual name. He appears with the Victoria team of the Northwestern League on his 1911 Obak card (T212-3) pictured to the right.

George "Buck" Weaver

Buck Weaver one of the eight Black Sox was banned for life for allegedly participating in throwing the 1919 World Series, Chicago White Sox versus the Cincinnati Reds.


Buck appears on many baseball cards from 1909 when he played for San Francisco of the Pacific Coast League through 1921 after his bandishment from baseball.
